Developing an Eye for Accuracy is the flagship accuracy training programme. Participants learn to read, check and transfer information accurately and quickly. Typically delegates achieve a 60% reduction in errors.

Preventing Mistakes at Work explains why mistakes happen and enables participants to develop practical strategies for addressing, anticipating and minimising errors in their specific work context. Participants learn how to be ‘present-minded’, manage stress and improve workflow processes to prevent mistakes.
